The Sacred Return Retreat

The Sacred Return Retreat

Reconnecting to Signals in Shared Presence

Dates: 28 April – 3 May 2026

Location: Borgo Bel Sedere, Siena, Tuscany

The Sacred Return is an intimate six-day somatic embodiment retreat for both men and women, held in the Tuscan countryside at Borgo Bel Sedere, a luxurious yet rustic estate surrounded by nature and spaciousness.

This experience is for those who feel ready to meet themselves more honestly, beyond stories, judgment, or expectations, and to listen to what the body is already communicating beneath habit, conditioning, and performance.

Through guided somatic embodiment explorations, breathwork, consent-based relational practices, polarity and instinct-based inquiry, therapeutic bodywork, and generous time for rest and integration, participants are invited to rediscover what authentic connection feels like inside their own body, first in relationship with themselves, and then in conscious connection with others.

Rather than striving for change or catharsis, the retreat offers a grounded, consent-led environment where presence can deepen naturally, boundaries become clearer, and connection arises from choice rather than pressure. Every element of the retreat is opt-in, paced, and facilitated with care, allowing each participant to move at a rhythm that feels true for them.

The Sacred Return is not about becoming someone new.

It is about returning, to the body, to truth, and to embodied presence.
