The Sacred Return Retreat – Enter the Sacred Temple

The Sacred Return Retreat— Enter the Sacred Temple

November 20–24, 2026 |  Tuscany, Italy
The Sacred Return Retreat—Enter the Sacred Temple ~
From noticing to embodying.

The Orientation

Much of modern spiritual or relational work emphasizes intensity, catharsis, or peak experience.

The Sacred Return is oriented differently,
toward integration, pacing, and embodied presence.

There will be moments of activation, through movement, breath, and relational exploration, and equal care given to grounding, rest, and nervous system regulation.

What matters here is not how much happens, but how it is met.

Relational practices are approached as living inquiries rather than exercises feeling like self inquiry like for example

How do I sense myself in contact?
Where do I override?
Where do I withdraw?
Where do I choose?

Everything is opt-in.
Nothing is expected.

The Location

Borgo Belsedere, near Siena in the Tuscan countryside, offers a quiet and spacious setting held by land, history, and simplicity.

Surrounded by rolling hills and open skies, it provides a natural environment for slowing down, resting the nervous system, and being together without distraction.

The borgo includes comfortable lodging, shared and private spaces for practice and rest, and nourishing, thoughtfully prepared food.

The land itself becomes part of the experience, supporting presence, connection, and the gentle rhythm of daily life throughout the journey.

Facilitators

Together they guide a shared journey where Earth meets Ether, structure meets flow, and safety becomes the foundation for relational exploration

Buddhi Dana

Master Of Relational Presence & Leadership

With over 27 years of experience in embodied living, Buddhi guides movement, ceremony, and relational exploration. His facilitation offers a grounded, steady container where aliveness can be explored consciously and integrated through the body.

At The Sacred Retreat – Enter the Sacred Temple ~ from noticing to embodying, Buddhi holds the structural and experiential axis of the retreat, while Rebekah supports the field through her attunement to the field.

Rebekah Isis Rose

Somatic Embodiment & Relational Presence

Rebekah holds the retreat through presence rather than instruction.

Her role is not to direct the journey, but to attune to the field, listening deeply to what is unfolding and supporting.

Through somatic awareness and relational sensitivity, she supports grounding, clarity, and embodied coherence as the journey unfolds.

What This Retreat Is

The Sacred Return is an intimate retreat devoted to embodiment, not as a technique, but as a way of living inside experience.

It is designed for people who have already explored spirituality, therapy, or personal growth, and sense that understanding alone is no longer enough.

Something deeper is asking to be lived, felt, and integrated, quietly, honestly, & without performance.

Held in the Tuscan countryside, this retreat offers a space where the nervous system can soften, attention can slow, and the body can once again

become a trustworthy place to listen from.

Who This Retreat Is For

This retreat is for people who feel complete with spiritual performance or self-improvement projects are, curious about intimacy,

aliveness, and embodiment without wanting to force anything.

Value consent, clarity, and relational integrity sense that something real is asking to be lived,

not explained.

No prior experience is required. You do not need to be expressive, confident, or certain. Curiosity is enough.

The Temple

The “Temple” in this retreat is not a performance, a role, or a prescribed ritual. It refers to a quality of attention, how we meet experience.

The Sacred Temple is created when presence becomes primary, in movement and stillness, in contact and in solitude, in activation and in rest.

All relational practices are opt-in, consent-led, and gently paced.

The Temple is not something you enter by doing more.

It reveals itself when listening deepens.
